Maureen has dedicated twenty years to directing at TCCP and brings over thirty years of experience as an early education educator in Marin preschools. Embracing the collaborative approach of Parent Participation, she values parents as integral educators in their child's journey.

Her vision is cultivating a nurturing environment that fosters lifelong community bonds and encourages respectful interactions. Maureen's mission is to create a space where each child is seen as an individual, empowered to explore their interests, form friendships, and express themselves creatively. Children are encouraged to make choices and engage in uninterrupted play scenarios within a beautifully aesthetic environment.

Maureen lives in Fairfax, CA, where she enjoys hiking, swimming, and biking with her husband. She shares her love of the great outdoors with all the co-op families.

Anjuli made a shift in her career path from marketing to teaching during the covid pandemic.

Her own children and desire to help her community were the inspiration for her career development. With one of her children attending the co-op, and her blossoming interest in teaching, she was offered a position as a teacher aide the first half of the 2021-2022 school year while working toward her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential.

Anjuli is acquiring her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education while working at the co-op as the middle group teacher (ages 3-4). During her time at the co-op she became immersed in the community culture, inspired by the play-based approach, energized by the joy of the children, and motivated to contribute to the development of young minds.

Laudi Serrano, our new Lead Teacher and Assistant Director, is a Mill Valley native who is so happy to be back in the Bay Area after seven years in San Diego!

During her time in San Diego, she earned her B.A. in Early Childhood Education and obtained a Master Teacher Permit. She also has a background in forest school education, which has deepened her passion for outdoor learning and creating meaningful, nature-based experiences for children.

Ashley was an assistant teacher and Admin support at TCCP in the 2020-2021 School year. Ashley is a graduate of Sonoma State University and also works as a Physical Therapy Aide at Novato Community Hospital. In her free time, she enjoys being outside and spending time with her boyfriend, Misa and their two dogs, Sunny and Luna.
